Every floor starts with mechanical grinding to open up the concrete for a real bond, followed by a thorough clean and repairs to cracks and chips. Then comes a pigmented moisture vapor barrier, decorative flake broadcast all the way to rejection, scraping and vacuuming for a smooth, even finish, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that stands up to chemicals, abrasion, and stains. When we leave, the only thing left behind is the floor.
Every residential system is backed by a 10-year limited transferable warranty against peeling and delamination, and it's certified in writing.
